Bay Bridge Merlot

Name: Bay Bridge

Variety: Merlot

Country:  California

Year: NV

Price: $4

Bottles Finished: 1

Wine review: Deep ruby color. Red berry, fruit gum, and spiced nut aromas. A brisk entry leads to a fruity medium body of berry jam and pencil flavors. Finishes with a quick powdery tannin fade. An easy going quaffer for picnics. (tastings.com)

My review
:
This is an ok Merlot, ideal for enjoying a cheap red wine to begin your evening with little mind to the actual wine itself. Another words, good for drinking wine for drinking's sake: this is cheap enough to justify not desiring to analyze or dive into enjoyment of wine. Very minimal legs with no midpalate.

Rating:
Three of a Kind
