Wine review: Clean pale yellow color. Nose fruity, persistent and elegant aromas. Good backbone on the palate.
My review: This wine asks to be paired with food. Thick bouquet of honey, citrus, and pear. Slightly dry body of grasses, citrus, and tart apple.
