A blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 20% Carignan. Deep red garnet color with purple highlights. Intense nose of morello cherry, tobacco and liquorice. Good structure on the palate with lots of fruits and a long fruity and spicy finish. A true delight.
My review: Boisterous, charming, and deep, B&G Chicken & Turkey offers a marvelous Cotes du Rhone. On the nose are fresh blackberry with hint of roses. On the palate, the blackberry comes through with a tart sensation and a tobacco finish. This wine begs so obviously to be paired with chicken that it's on the label! Order beautiful mesquite, BBQ chicken from Nevada Chicken Cafe and experience a combination that was made for each other.
