Wine review: Rich and supple with juicy plum, blackberry and chocolate flavors and a pleasant sense of sweetness backed up by good acidity and moderate tannins. Offers early complexity and charm with real richness and depth.
My review: For a cheap Foxhollow wine, this was enjoyable! The nose gives the sweetness of a plum, crispiness of citrus, and the velvety sensation of roses, while the palate offers a cherry rose. For those that cannot afford to attend the Las Vegas Chocolate Festival & Pastry Show (which offers some of the best wines around the globe and Champagne), host a chocolate party of your own, this bold wine will pair well with a wide array of chocolates.
